Position Summary
Are you a digital performance expert with a hands-on mindset?
The Nespresso Performance Specialist is in charge of developing, implementing, optimizing & coordinating digital projects, with the end goal of increasing online visibility and sales. It is a varied role with impact consisting of a mix of strategic & operational tasks.
A day in the life of a Nespresso Performance specialist:
- Implementing the local online strategy, assembling brand and sales initiatives, from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention, in close collaboration with the e-bizz department.
- Managing & developing digital marketing campaigns from localization of the assets, defining the strategy together with the agency and analyzing results for B2C & B2B across various digital channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube & TikTok)
- Coordinating the online planning with the digital agency and challenging campaign strategies & budgets for B2C & B2B.
- Keeping the digital budget up to date
- Analyzing campaigns and making suggestions/ taking out learnings for future campaigns
- Keeping in touch with Nespresso HQ digital department for the implementation of new tools & new digital strategies.
What will make you successful:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Performance Marketing
- Deep knowledge of digital trends & innovations and online business models.
- Solid experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Affiliation, Display…).
- Strong analytical skills and Web Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics certification a plus) as well as of A/B testing and integrated Martech tools
- Experience in eCommerce Operations (Content Management, eMerchandising & Personalization)
